However, for sound considerations, it is highly recommended to carefully match loudspeakers and power amplifiers. As the buyer of a product, you generally have a legal warranty claim against the seller. How long this claim lasts is regulated somewhat differently in the individual countries. In Germany, for example, the legal warranty period is 2 years. So if something is wrong with your product, please first contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product.
In addition to the legal warranty obligation of the seller, we as the manufacturer grant a voluntary manufacturer's warranty. As the owner of an MBL product, you have this claim against MBL - regardless of where you purchased the product. Yes, all MBL speakers can be used with amplifiers from other manufacturers without any problems. The nominal impedance of our speakers is 4 ohms, as is the case with most conventional speakers, and the connections are also standard.
To achieve an optimal sound experience, we recommend amplifiers with the ability to drive complex loads - as loudspeakers are - with confidence, even at different levels. All power amplifiers from MBL excel in this respect and are therefore ideally suited for all types of loudspeakers.

You have decided to buy a high-quality music system and are now faced with the question of which cables would be the right ones? An important question, because the cables have a noticeable influence on the sound of the system.
Unfortunately, however, this question often appears to be quite complex, as there is a seemingly endless number of cable manufacturers and cable types, with prices reaching astronomical heights. MBL itself does not manufacture speaker cables or interconnect cables, but only power cables in a high-quality version.
We always recommend that our customers use high-quality and effectively shielded cables, because only then will the potential of your music system be utilised. So be prepared to invest about 10% of the value of your music system in a set of decent cables. Of course, this is only a very rough rule of thumb, but if you consider that you can easily spend tens of times this amount on a set of cables, then a rough guideline is already helpful.
If you want to perfect the music experience even further, then you should first check whether the money should not be invested more sensibly in improving the room acoustics or in putting together the individual components of your hi-fi chain before buying more expensive cables. In most cases, the effect is much greater.
Only when you have the feeling that you already have good room acoustics and a well-matched hi-fi chain should you turn to the question of cables again and try out different cables. And here the emphasis is really on "trying out". And that means on your own music system in your own four walls! If you have a good hi-fi dealer, he will allow you to do this. You will probably be surprised how different cables sound on your well-tuned system.
At such a stage, however, it's all about your taste and not about measured values or promises from cable manufacturers. So don't let this impress you. In any case, keep your distance from unshielded cables and all too exotic ideas of some manufacturers. The laws of physics apply unchanged and an important quality criterion of cables is the ability to avoid electromagnetic interference, because this has an extremely negative effect on the listening experience. So try out the different cables extensively. For example, try pure copper cables and those with silver content or made of full silver. You will feel which cables you like the most. This is a lot of fun and in the end you should let your gut feeling decide. There is no right or wrong here.
